Setting Goals and the Middle Manager Goal Shirt

The goal shirts are spot on. Setting goals is extremely important. If you don't set goals, then how are you going to know if you are successful.

That gives me an idea... Middle Manager "Create Your Own" Goal shirts. What do you guys think?

If there is some support, I will work on setting that up for all the Middle Managers out there.
