Rotation Military Press

by Nick
(Pittsburgh P.A.)

with an adjustable bench, raise the back to 90 degrees, sit with your back against the bench and press the dumbbell up while rotating the dumbbell 180 degrees. If you start with your knuckles facing away from you, then at the top of your motion they should face you, then end facing away from you. (NOTE)This exercise is meant to be done with lighter weight than you would do with the conventional Military press, and at a faster pace.
