Quick and Straight to the Point

First i stretch, then i do 25 push-ups, 25 crunches, 25, push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 25 push-ups, 25 leg lifts, 25 push-ups, 25 crunches. After that, I do three sets of curls. Then to finish I run for about 20-30 mins.
