I am 150 lbs. and about five one or two. So as you can imagine i would like to get back down to 125. I have tried lots of other diets and programs but nothing is working so i figure if i write a little bit each day about what i ate the day before and how much i've lost it will keep me more focused. Today i got up early and went for a long walk. This was pretty tiring because i took my lab and he makes me keep my pace up. Total calorie count as of this minuet is about 500. Thats not bad. In my family we are very prone to being a bit chunky but i think that i would like to break that cycle. So any way i hope this helps me with my goal. I would like to lose the weight in 5 months maybe less. Fingers crossed!
