Why Not Try This Combination?

Why not mix your whey powder in soy milk (I can't drink any of the stuff in water), tons of arguments for both but no need to choose one or the other. Using soy milk would likely cut your cholesterol intake (adds up if you are downing 2-3 shakes a day) and I notice it is easier on my stomach.

Just a thought...try silk brand, fiber plus if you want to add that to it.

I agree, I only drink soy milk (silk) and mix it with whey protein as my daily shake, and is working out fine for me.

Excellent idea. I was planning on doing that. Do I need to suppliment with arginine a nd glutamine? If so, how? Thanks!

Everday after my workout I have a shake that I make with plain soy milk, whey powder, organic peanutbutter (the kind that is just peanuts & salt) & a frozen banana. It's my treat!
