This is a terrific low calorie, low carbohydrate salad that is easy to prepare. If you want a low fat version, simply take out the turkey bacon, cheese, or both! I have included the nutrition facts for all versions at the bottom.
3 ounces Lean Ground Turkey (crumbled and cooked) 4 slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled) 1 cup Romaine Lettuce (chopped) 1/8 cup Chopped Onion 1/2 Medium Tomato (chopped) 2 tablespoons Fat Free Ranch Dressing 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
Cook ground turkey thoroughly and crumble. Cook turkey bacon until crisp and crumble. Place lettuce, onion, tomato in bowl and stir in ranch dressing until evenly coated. Mix in ground turkey, bacon and cheese.
