Tomato Basil Chicken Ranch Salad

This recipe uses a Perdue Perfect Portions Tomato Basil Chicken Breast Fillet. These come pre-marinated and are tasty!

This salad is low in calories, and fat! You can make it low in carbs by switching out the Fat Free Ranch Dressing for one of the oil-based dressings such as Fat Free Italian.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 Perdue Perfect Portions Boneless Chicken Breast Fillet (Tomato Basil)
1 cup Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
1/8 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Medium Tomato (chopped)
2 tablespoons Fat Free Ranch DressingHow to Prepare:

Thoroughly cook the chicken breast to a minimum internal temperature of 170°F. Place lettuce, onion, tomato in bowl and stir in ranch dressing until evenly coated. Toss in the tomato basil chicken and enjoy!

Nutrition Facts Per Serving: 200 calories, 2.1 grams fat (0.1 grams saturated fat), 16.3 grams carbohydrates (2 grams dietary fiber), 27.4 grams protein, 67 milligrams cholesterol, 908 milligrams sodium.
