The Confusion of Phytoestrogens

This is to clarify for all that are so worried about phytoestrogens. If your so concerned about estrogen in your body, then you better reduce your body fat to 0% cause any fat you have will convert androgens to estrogen via aromatase. Men have estrogen circulating though its at a significantly lower concentration than women. Besides, the phytoestrogen also plays a protective role in your body. Estrogen stimulates osteoblasts so you can form stronger bones, hence the reason majority of women have osteoperosis after menopause. Estrogens have also been shown clinically to reduce the size of your prostate, thus reduce the risk of prostate malignancies as well. So, before everyone starts blowing their tops off on how bad phytoestrogens are for guys, maybe you should do your research.
