I just want to say to everyone to keep up the good work, I will be trying out this diet advice and stuff tomorrow, and I'm pumped! I really need to lose weight, I think if I do it will be easier for me to get men and just be a happy camper. I weigh around 195, and my goal by summer is to weigh 145. All the tips are great, keep them coming, I might need them when I don't have motivation! Thanks again, y'all!!


Do you think I can do it by summer? Feedback please!!

no way you will lose it if you start "tomorrow" you must start now and then yes you def will. I lost 85 pounds in one summer and people say it is unhealthy to lose weight at this rate but all i did was eat no fast food, no drinks with sugar or calories. 90 percent of my carb intake in the mourning, which was about 30 percent of what is recommended on 2,000 cal daily diet, no breads no pasta no fried foods no eating past 8:00. I gave myself two times a month i could eat late night and limited it to pizza or something similar (not other fast food or french fries) I aslo gave myself one day a month where i could eat whatever i wanted. By the time a month passed i didn't even eat that much on those days because i wwas so used to eating healthy. You can eat as much celery and grapefruits as you want as well as veggies such as broccoli. also yo must set a cardio goal and do it everyday. I would wake up at 6/7 everyday and run/walk for 2 hours...then in the evening after i digest my food i would go for a 30-45min workout either swim play basketball, brisk walk etc.... do it and you WILL lose that much weight by summer and you will feel great and prob be able to get more men to let you suck there dick then you ever imagined...START tomorrow and you will keep getting fatter and only be able to blow chubby chasers and losers...it may be tough love but its all true
