Tennis Spinning Workout

For 30-40 minutes (recommended) on a spin bike:
sit down at medium resistance for a minute, stand up at that same resistance for a minute, higher resistance and stay standing up for a minute. repeat for as long as you can go. Make sure you give a good sweat.
