Whey is good for building and bulking. It is hard to find, but soy protein with FIBER is better for losing weight. Soy without fiber? May as well use WHEY. I have found Soy protein powder, fiber included at Trader Joe's, but the best I can find is online from MotherSoy. I have lost 15 lbs and still gained muscle.It is nearly impossible to lose weight without enough fiber, that is one drawback of whey.
