Pure Protein 1.76 oz Bars

Pure Protein 1.76oz Bars

Pure Protein 1.76oz Bars

The Protein Industry is finally starting to produce some high protein products that are not aimed at people trying to "bulk up". I eat an above average amount of protein in my diet but finding foods high in protein but low in calories is tough. The Pure Protein 1.76oz bars are perfect. Priced from around $1.00 - $2.00 per bar each one has at least 19g of protein, around 180 calories, and only 2g of sugar. They do have around 3.5g of saturated fat and between 4-5g unsaturated fat, but that's not that bad and they have 0g trans fat. I have tried the chocolate, s'mores, peanut butter, peanut marshmallow, strawberry, blueberry, and cookie dough and have been very impressed by the taste of them all (blueberry is awesome, s'mores very good, peanut marshmallow is probably my least favorite but still good). A great substitution for a candy bar craving and filling enough to last at least a couple of hours. I think these things are perfect for someone trying to get their daily protein but not wanting to pack on the calories.
