The goal each day should be 5 small meals to keep your metabolism burning. It all comes down to time and dedication writing down what you plan to eat and stick to it. Its plain and simple. Also fat burners are useful as well, they have caffeine in it so when your are on a low calorie diet you have so energy to keep you going. Also to cut body fat increase protein intake and cut back on carbs as much as possible. You are eating to live instead of living to eat!
