Keep a journal of your efforts and everything that you eat. When you are feeling like you can't do it any longer look at your journal and look back at all the progress that you have made already. Don't measure yourself every day either. You may not be loosing weight, however, you may be loosing inches. Also, in the beginning of your diet measure yourself so you can track progress in how many inches you have lost throughout the process.
