For me the simple act of chewing gum distracts me from the fact that i haven't eaten what i usually eat. I always have a pack of gum on me just in case i want to eat something and its not the time to.

I usually chew sugar free gum too. This helps your teeth because chewing too much regular gum might lead to cavities.

What?
by: Anonymous

Chewing gum without having eaten before makes your body think you're eating, increasing the amounts of acids produced in your stomach. If there's no food in there, it will slowly eat itself up, leading to stomach ulcers and other bad shit.

You're better off eating first, THEN chewing gum afterwards.

aspartame warning

most all sugar free gums have ASPARTAME which is not good for anyone...diet sodas also have ASPARTAME...if you dont know about the warnings related to it , do a bit of research on the dangers and you will probably pass on ASPARTAME products all together
