Before breakfast, go do some cardio in the morning. What this does:- Burns body fat since you haven't had any food yet.- Gets your body warmed up.- Increases metabolism early.I usually run 7 mph for 2:30 minutes once when I get up, and again after I eat breakfast.But go at your own pace, just make sure you give yourself a nice work out.I do some weight lifting too, to not lose muscle while losing weight.
