Eat To Lose!

Buy some really hot foods, like Hot Cheetos, or something similar. You'll get the urge to get a drink, then get water! I have lost about 20 pounds with this last year and I wasn't even serious about it.

Cheeto eater say what?

Maybe we could modify this by leaving out the 'Cheetos' and keeping the water. That way you'll lose even more weight. I agree with the spicy food concept, spicy foods do increase your metabolism but 'Cheetos' are seriously high in fat and calories. It's great it seemed to have worked for you but I'm guessing you are the exception to the rule; However, for many people like myself foods like 'Cheetos' are the exact reason I was the fat ass that I was, well that and a lack of excersise.
