Does it really matter?

So, if whey is from cows, is it from milk? and if so, wouldn't it be better to get a wide variety of proteins, rather than only one type.

if so, then i do believe that my protein shakes should be sufficient.

it contains 24 grams of protein *the amount recommended by the Canadian food guide*
as well, as frozen fruits for flavor, which also add various vitamins.
last but not least, 2-3 cups of milk is mixed in. which adds 18-27 grams of protein.

On top of it, your daily amount of meat.

So, would this be sufficient? or would it be better to use whey protein instead of soy?
