Do it for one month and see...

It sounds hard, but eat healthy for exactly one month. Keep a calendar if you want to. Psychologist have shown that if you start a "habit" and continuously do it for about 30 days, it really does become habit. By the end of the month it is SO much easier to say no to those fatty foods and fast food. I actually became disgusted with fast food after a month when I used to eat it all the time. Just give it one little month and see...
