In addition to this, if you eat right you will put little calories in your system, this combination done right will help you lose body fat at a healthy pace.
DO NOT make the mistake of sacrificing meals to lose weight and adding cardio; this could lead you to sickness or body injuries. Even though you are trying to lose weight still eat, however, eat right. These are my tips to lose weight to make things clear.

Nutrition- Eat food that are high in fiber, vitamins and minerals. These will help you stay energetic and healthy through your workout. "Then how will I lose weight if I am still eating?" Eat food low on calories and fat. Preferably fat less than 10% per serving.
