On Monday this is what the Mens Adult class does at The G.P. Boxing facility in Grand Prairie Texas
Lower Body:
Warm up
15 min. run
Wood chops 2 sets of 20 x's and then push outs 15 x's ( Both with Med. Ball )
Then calves 3 sets of 30 x"s on 2x4 Using own weight
Step up's 3 sets of 30 x's on chair/bench
Core: 2 sets of this
Sit ups with Med. ball 40 x's
40 cruches
40 leg lifts
40 times legs to chest
20 scissors
Chest:
Regular push ups 10x's
feet elevated on a chair 10x's
hand elevated on 2 chairs 10x's
All body elevated using three chairs feet/hands 10x's
2 sets of this
