Calorie Log

by Cherise
(Toronto, Canada)

Simply log the nutritional information for everything eaten per day. There are websites that help you determine the nutritional facts of all the food you eat, and calculate your daily numbers. Seeing exactly how much you eat and how many calories each thing is helps you stay on track, and not lose control of your diet. It also helps you plan out your day a little better to make sure you're not depriving yourself but are still cutting calories.
