Basically, if you eat more smaller meals, it is better than eating fewer large meals, and you're less likely to overeat. So...I pre-plan my meals/snacks, and mark my eating times at even intervals throughout the day. (My calender at work has a reminder feature), so I use this to remind me what to eat when...and in between meals/snacks...CHEW GUM. It keeps you from thinking about food. After a few weeks it feels normal, and you want to eat on a schedule.
