be kind to yourself!

i know that it goes against a lot of peoples methods but have a nice day, for six days keep up the diet then on the 7th day have a day when you are a bit more relaxed,this won't make much of a difference to yourself and also it will get the point where you are so looking forward to your nice day that you don't want to spoil the other 6, then eventually you don't want to spoil your diet at all and you won't need the nice day!
