battle hunger pains

I have found eating 5 small meals a day at about the same times helps, not only does it get my body used to eating at those times it keeps me from crashing (getting too hungry or low blood sugar) which then can cause me to over eat or to grab what ever food is fastest.. also I have found if I drink a glass of water and lay down for 10 or 30 min. helps...sometimes our bodies are just tired and send out signals that we are hungry. :) GOOD LUCK
