Your largest meal of the day should be breakfast. Lunch should be medium and your dinner should be a small portion since your metabolism slows down during sleep. Hungry in between lunch and dinner? Eat an apple or some other piece of fruit. I personally like snacking on rice cakes because they virtually have no calories and should fill your hungriness.Work out a few nights a week as well. I try to go to the gym for at least an hour every other day.
