I gotta say...I buy up EVERY one of these that Whole Foods has in stock. This is the perfect quick nutritional meal that is easy to make, is high in fiber and protein and tastes pretty damn good. And for an added fiber boost, I will eat with rye and oat bran crackers. I will say I love their meatless lasagna too. I am also a big meat eater and will never give up meat, but I have to admit...these vegetarian/vegan food manufacturers are really putting some good stuff on the market that will keep meat out of my mouth less. *pause* LOL
