What is the least safe method to build muscle or burn fat?

What should I avoid if I want to build muscle or burn fat? There are a number of weight loss pills and diet plans advertised online and on TV, but I've heard horror stories from different sides. I'm not sure what to do, or what not to do.

The ONLY way...

Hey there... there is nothing out there that you can take that is more effective than an exercise and diet plan. I had been searching for miracles for years and was only successful in getting RIPPED after coming across an e-book by Tom Venuto called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle"... everything I know about getting seriously defined, I learned from that book, so if you're serious about getting shredded I really hope that you save your money and instead of buying pills and potions... buy that e-book. It's online so just look it up on google or something. It's tough at first, but once you follow what he tells you and see the results you'll never forget what you've learned. I went from slightly muscular to lean and totally cut to the point that someone said that I looked like a "mini-body builder." Ha, I'm 5'-8"... anyway I had a six pack, ripples in my chest and shoulders... it's mostly in the diet and that e-book is where you'll find all the info you need. Good Luck! - J.

Fat Burning Technique

In order to build muscle you have to consume a lot of protein based food such as legumes, nuts etc. Go for jogging for at least 1 hour and then workout. This would help to tone the muscles. Have a sound sleep of at least 7 - 8hrs. This is essential for muscles relaxation due to workout. To burn fat, avoid oily and junk foods such as wafers, chips and have a diet which contains very less quantities of fat. Have a glass of hot water with lemon juice early in the morning. Avoid eating weight loss pills. These have a lot of side effects which would lead to obesity.
