Is Swimming Or Cycling The Best For Burning Fat?

I've recently changed areas in my job and have grown a gut!!!

Will swimming or cycling get it down quicker as we have an exercise bike here or the option of free use of a hotel pool after work.

Concentrate on exercising all muscle sets

When you do not have a specific exercise plan from a certified instructor, it is always good to follow exercise routines which involve most of the body muscles.

Keeping this in view exercises like swimming, rowing (either actual or on a machine) are good exercises that strengthen the muscles of the hands and legs. These exercises also provide good strength and tone to the muscles in the abdominal region.

Cycling though, is not rated as highly as this exercise concentrates on the lower body muscles.
