I am a trim 25 year old male with no mass in my chest or shoulders and little in my arms and I really want to build some serious muscle. I am committed to work out plan and I just want all the info so I can do this right and make it a life-long routine.

20 -30gms 5 times/day with some carbs

EAT BALANCED. 20 grams of protein mixed with 1 cup of COMPLEX carbos- (beans pasta corn-tortilla). you need insulin in your blood to build muscle. believe me, IF you are working out on a steady routine, you need carbs. do this 5 times a day (above). Never eat till your stuffed. CRUCIAL: MIX IT UP! a week on bench presses (2 times/week or once depending on intensity), a week on dumbells(press and outward flys). Finaly, spend a week on explosive push ups but do these three days out of the week spaced out. Repeat for three weeks theeeeeeennn.... Be creative! Find new ways to work those muscles or you ll pleateu and stop growing.
