How much cardio should I do for six pack abs?

Im six feet four inches 310 pounds built upper body Lack any definition in core area.

5 balanced small meals loaded with protien every 3 hours, stength train 45mins/day, and lots of cardio (walking, jogging, running, sports, boxing/kickboxing/karate etc. 2-6hours/day 2-6months. Sleep 7hrs a day min. Drink 8 glasses of water min/day

No alcohol
No fast food
No all nighters
No butter/margine/transfats
No TV

Cardio Intervals

I would recommend that you shoot for 40 minutes per day, four days per week. Split the workout into two sessions of 20 minutes each.



For each 20 minute session, I would use this interval workout.



The reason that I would split them into two workouts is that there are some studies that show that it is easier and just as effective as one continuous workout for losing belly fat.



Finally, to really get defined abs, you have to be extremely tight with your nutrition.



Remember, 6-pack abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
