Try to eat 5 smaller meals a day and make sure that each one contains some protein. You might want to buy some good quality whey protein powder at your local grocery or health food store to help you out with this. Find a few good recipes for protein shakes on the internet and try them out. It's an easy way to add protein and they are delicious besides.
