How Many Calories Should I Consume To Build Muscle And Cut Body Fat?

My bmr is 1869.5 . I work out on a total gym apprx. 35 every other day . I jogg apprx. 30 every other day I dont hit the total gym. I also do apprx. 30 mins of ab workouts every other day that I Do the total gym. I'm a male, 19 years of age ,5'9" at 170 pounds. Also what other things do I need to concentrate on diet-wise other than calories?

Tips to fat loss

To lose body fat you need to eat healthy foods. Diet is so important. Consume 1 gram of protein for every lb of body weight.(fish, eggs, chicken, turkey,fat free dairy and cheese...ect) You should consume slow digesting carbs with low glycemic index.
All vegetables except carrots, corn, white potatoes. Whole grain rice, whole wheat breads, sweet potatoes, beans. Fats should come from the healthy sources(20-30% of cal a day). salmon, tuna,nuts.

Make sure you eat 5-6 small meal a day to keep your metabolism going and turing your body into a fat buring machine.

Keep up with lifting and cardio and stay motivated!!!
