How Do I Gain More Weight or Muscle Mass?

by Cody

I am in fitness class at my high school. I'm 17, I do a full body workout but lately have focused on my chest, biceps and abs, increasing the weight every two weeks. I rest in between everything, I eat healthy, I have a high metabolism and I'm toned but I want to get bigger.

I'm scrawny and tired of it...

Post-workout recovery drinks
by: Anonymous

One practice that can help you is making sure you drink a post-workout recovery drink (think protein shake) after you lift. This will help your muscles rebuild faster after you've worked them out. There are lots of inexpensive and simple ways to achieve this if you are just coming out of a gym class, i.e. chocolate milk, Slim-fast or EAS protein shakes.
