YOur healthy choice mixers are tasty and so nice to just toss in my bag for work. However, opening the container is very difficult. Removing that top film is nearly impossible for arthritic fingers. I hope someone can redesign this. thank you

ABSOLUTELY delicious, tastes like homemade and very decent portion size for the calories. PERFECT for dieters, for instance those on weight watchers because calories are anywhere from 320 to 380(5-8 weight watcher points) and are actually very filling because of all the fiber.
Also, one of easiest microwave meals to make, takes 4 minutes after letting cool to eat. Not sure about the dexterity of one of the previous posters.

I just tried the southwest chicken one, my grocery store was out of any of the normal pasta dishes.
310 calories 2.5g fat and 1g sat. fat It was delicious! I would get this again if it weren't for the price! I'm planning on keeping the container to make my own pasta in it next time! ^_^

prepare a serving of pasta in it later. I think the container is the best part of the meal. The sauce was a little too zesty for me.

I loved it. It seemed bigger than a frozen meal dinner! A little more work but I really enjoyed it! It is nice to have a meal but no have to freeze it sometimes I forget to put my meal in freezer when I ge to work then end up eating in caferteria and making a "bad" choice. This is much better> I am especially picky about the meat in some dishes but this was great!

I actually Loved the meal!! Yes it was hard for the plastic to open it. I too had to open it with a knife. Yes it was a bit spicy but for MY "Meat & Potatoes" pallet I loved it! I found that it was not that much more for this meal vs. a frozen meal. This meal had better nutrition than what normal frozen meals have.
Really you have to try it for yourself!
Would I buy it again YES!!!
