Middle Management™ is Two Years Old!

Hello again! This is Ben here at Build Muscle and Burn Fat with Middle Management. These are very exciting times here at Middle Management.

Earlier this month, Build Muscle and Burn Fat with Middle Management™ turned 2 years old. Our second year is behind us, so we take a minute to reflect on the first two years of Middle Management™.

Over the previous two years, we have written over 300 FREE articles and added several new areas of Middle Management™ 2.0, a user driven community.

Speaking of the user driven community, you all have been a great resource to each other, for example:

  • We have had over 100 questions asked and answered in our Questions & Answers page. Keep asking, and definitely keep answering. You guys make this page hum.

  • There have been 32 tips and suggestions submitted to the "How Do You Keep Your Diet On Track?" section of How Many Calories Do You Need? page.

Expect many more opportunities to contribute over the next year, and several exciting CONTESTS! We will announce them here first, so be sure to read every issue of "The Measure."
