We always enjoy reading good success stories. John, the “Retired Guy,” recently submitted an excellent story about how his son motivated him to success.

John lays out his plan, and how that plan led to small wins along the journey - from fitting into a smaller size pair of jeans all the way to doing some pushups. He also tells us how his energy levels and mood has improved as he has progressed on his journey.

Jean-Jacques Rousseau, the famous philosopher once said, “When the body is weak, it commands. When it's strong, it obeys.”

You can see this progression in John’s story. He is at the point now where he is commanding his body rather than the other way around and he is making tremendous progress as a result.

Keep up the good work, John!
