Adding a medicine ball exercise (or even an entire medicine ball workout!) is a great way to spice up your workouts, build functional strength, and keep your body guessing.

Using a medicine ball can help you develop power, which is an essential component of lifting heavy weights. A heavier weight (with the right reps and sets) helps us to build muscle faster.

Also, using the medicine ball exercises, especially in a circuit routine, is an excellent way to get the heart rate up and burn fat, all while having fun!
